Return policy

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to return their order without giving any reason within 30 days. The cancellation period begins the day after the product has been received by the consumer or their representative designated in advance by the consumer and the entrepreneur.
During the cancellation period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. He may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether he wants to keep it. If the Consumer exercises his right of cancellation, he must return the Product to the Entrepreneur with all accessories and, if reasonable, in its original condition and packaging in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions given by the Entrepreneur.
If the Consumer wishes to exercise his right of cancellation, he must notify the Entrepreneur within 30 days of receipt of the Product. The Consumer must give notice in writing/e-mail. Once the consumer has notified that he wishes to exercise his right of cancellation, he must return the product within 30 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered product was returned on time, e.g. by presenting a postal receipt.

You have received the wrong product
We're all human, aren't we? Even though we double-check everything, we can still send you the wrong product. No problem, just send us a photo of the wrong product to
info@harveyandsophie.co.uk and our customer service team will check it for you.

You have received a damaged/defective product
Even though quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged product is sent in error. In this case, you do not need to return the product. You can keep it or throw it away. All you need to do is send us an email (info@harveyandsophie.co.uk) with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. If the photo shows that the product is damaged, we will send you a new product 100% free of charge as soon as possible. We do not accept returns or exchanges if;

  • The product has been used or is broken.
  • This includes underwear, face masks, hygiene and beauty products.
  • The product has been altered.
  • The product(s) is defective in its original condition and can be resold, unless the problem is our fault.
  • The product(s) are not in the original packaging.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs if you wish to return the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
